Who Am I

I am a Licensed Registered Nurse who moved to Amelia Island some 10 years ago and who has a passion for nature and sea life, especially sharks and shark tooth hunting. This business was created to educate others on the preservation of our natural resources and to learn about indigenous species, sharks that populate our coasts and the remnants nature leaves for us to study and enjoy. Book your tour now for an educational and enjoyable day with many surprises.

Our History

Amelia Island was named after Princess Amelia, daughter of King George II of Britain. It is considered one of the southernmost barrier islands called the Sea Islands that stretch from South Carolina to Florida. It is also known as the Isle of Eight Flags as it has changed hands between colonial powers several times. It was home to Timucuan Indians until the early 18th century. The island is 13 miles long and 4 miles wide.
